 Pictures of Hannah Giles in bikini would be the left winger’s favorite thing to find on the internet. Raunchy nude pictures of Hannah Giles are as hard to find on the internet as they are on this post. Her Face Book nude pictures are nowhere to be found. Neither is on her My Space page. Hannah’s topless pictures are being looked for by every sleaze ball on the left.

When Beck placed the title of nude pictures of Sarah Palin, it struck me as suspicious. But then I found out why. So, as a fellow blogger, here is my humble contribution to the bunch of bloggers using this deceptive technique to blow liberal minds with nude pictures of Hannah. Don’t forget to check the ones of her in bikini. Hannah seems to be a great kid. Her dad seems to be a stand up kind of guy.

Hannah Giles risqué pictures, of her body, and topless would be the thing that Acorn loving supporters would use to discredit the message. Think of the scandal. They would use her topless pictures to displace attention from the Acorn scandal to hypocritical conservatives.

If the previous paragraphs make little sense to you, don’t worry, it is not supposed to. Here is a little introduction to black hat Search Engine Optimization. The Idea is that you load an article with key words like topless, nude, naked, risqué, Giles, Hannah, pics, pictures, face book, my space, jail bait, sexy, sex, etc. and when the perverts that are trying to find Hannah’s naked pictures Google her name with those keywords, they will find this article or another one like it. Hopefully, foiling their attempts and giving them something else to think about.

So, if you are reading this article in the hopes of finding incriminating pictures of Hannah Giles, and use them to stain her character, go find yourself a more constructive hobby, like uncovering the corruption on Congressional Bills.

President Nicolas Sarkozy commented that while Obama wishes a virtual world without nuclear arms, real life is something entirely different. We have two Nations who for all the hot air that our Dreamer in Chief spouts, and the useless resolutions that hte United Nations puts out, are well inir way to having nuclear weapons. No amout of condemnation or finger pointing will get Kim Jon (Mentally) Ill or A'jad to comply with dumb sanctions. It hasn't worked, and it will not work.

A few days ago, Sean Hannity brought the problem of the San Joaquin Valley in California to the attention of the United States. Governor Arnold Schwarzeneger, and many more Californians have attempted to contact the White House in order to stop the loss of jobs, and the destruction of the agricultural industry in the San Joaquin Valley in California. The place is becoming a dust bowl, and the government continues to stop the farmers from receiving water, apparently, because of a little minnow that is in the endangered species list. As absurd as it sounds, the government is starving farmers and limiting our capabilities to grow crops, just so a little fish can survive...

I wish I had thought of this one:

I bought a bird feeder. I hung
it on my back porch and filled
it with seed. What a beauty of
a bird feeder it was, as I filled it 
lovingly with seed. Within a
week we had hundreds of birds
taking advantage of the
continuous flow of free and
easily accessible food.

But then the birds started
building nests in the boards
of the patio, above the table,
and next to the barbecue. 

Then came the poop. It was
everywhere: on the patio tile,
the chairs, the table ..
everywhere!

Then some of the birds
turned mean. They would
dive bomb me and try to
peck me even though I had
fed them out of my own
pocket.

And others birds were
boisterous and loud. They
sat on the feeder and
squawked and screamed at
all hours of the day and night
and demanded that I fill it
when it got low on food.

After a while, I couldn't even
sit on my own back porch
anymore.  So I took down the
bird feeder and in three days
the birds were gone. I cleaned
up their mess and took down
the many nests they had built
all over the patio.

Soon, the back yard was like
it used to be .... quiet, serene....
and no one demanding their
rights to a free meal.

Now let's see.
Our government gives out
free food, subsidized housing,
free medical care and free
education, and allows anyone
born here to be an automatic
citizen.

Then the illegals came by the
tens of thousands.  Suddenly
our taxes went up to pay for
free ser vices; small apartments
are housing 5 families; you
have to wait 6 hours to be seen
by an emergency room doctor;
your child's second grade class is
behind other schools because
over half the class doesn't speak
English.

Corn Flakes now come in a
bilingual box; I have to
'press one ' to hear my bank
talk to me in English, and
people waving flags other
than our flag are
squawking and screaming
in the streets, demanding
more rights and free liberties.

Just my opinion, but maybe
it's time for the government
to take down the bird feeder.

Defunding Acorn unconstitutional?

And now, the blind man’s defense to prevent Congress from defunding Acorn: Congressman Robert Wexler, from Boca Raton Florida, claims that the Bill to defund Acorn is a “Bill of Attainder.”

That one caught me by surprise. First, I had to figure out what Attainder was. My Thesaurus, the one that Microsoft Word comes with, didn’t have an answer for me. So, I did what your normal teenager would do, I goggled it.

First off, let’s go to the Constitution: Article I, Section 9, paragraph 3 provides that: "No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law will be passed." So, seems like Mr. Wexler is right, at least until now.

Techlawjournal.com explains that a Bill of Attainder is any Bill that is intended to punish an individual that hasn’t being found guilty; it further explains that in U.S. v. Brown, 381 U.S. 437, 440 (1965) the Bill of Attainder clause was not intended just to be a prohibition, but as a tool to be used in order to prevent the legislature from imposing punishment on anyone that hasn’t being found guilty (“or trial by legislature”). It does make sense until this point.

That is, until you consider the fact that nowhere in the Constitution you can find a clause that could be used to fund Acorn or any private organization for that matter. Yes, yes, I know, you will bring President Bush and his proposal to fund religious organizations. Thank you for mentioning it. There is no provision in the Constitution to do that either.

Now, I also know that politicians will be politicians, and Congress has the tendency to jump the gun when they don’t have to, and lollygag when is convenient for them. So, those who have condemned Acorn without due process need to cool their jets. But, that does not mean that there is not probable cause to initiate an investigation into their operations.  From voter fraud, to intimidation, to bribery, the list of apparent violations seems endless. Add to that the recent videos in which Acorn employees have all but set a bordello for underage girls, and you have grounds for a Rico stile process into what looks like a racketeering organization.

Does that mean that Congress and the Senate cannot defund Acorn? No it doesn’t.

What it means, is that since there is reasonable doubt of whether Federal Funding is being used for illegal purposes (alas offer counseling on how to violate the law, commit voter fraud, etc), Congress does has the responsibility to safeguard the money that is intended to be used to run our Government. As such, when there is reasonable doubt of the legality of Acorn operations, Congress has the right and the duty to stop funding, and is not a punishment, but a preventive measure to eliminate the possibility of Federal funding being used illegally, at least, until Acorn can prove otherwise.

While at it, how about reviewing the Constitutionality of Funding Acorn in the first place?
